Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is the highest-quality olive juice, obtained exclusively through mechanical processes, making it a vegetable fat that can be consumed naturally. Our oils are selected by professional tasters, classified according to their organoleptic characteristics and harmonised through carefully crafted blends to achieve the distinctive flavour and aroma of our brands.
Olive Oil
Olive Oil (OO) contains exclusively refined olive oils and extra virgin olive oils in varying proportions. To obtain the best product, we carefully select the EVOOs, ensuring an oil with a perfect balance of aroma, flavour and colour. Our goal is to offer a high-quality oil that meets market demands, ensuring a balanced sensory experience in every use.
Refined Olive Oil
Refined Olive Oil (ROO) is obtained from olive oils that cannot be consumed directly, as they do not meet the high-quality standards required for EVOO and Virgin Olive Oil. These oils undergo a refining process that results in a colourless and odourless vegetable fat, while maintaining a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, essential in a healthy diet.
This olive oil is used directly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, in addition to being the main base for olive oils destined for the food industry.
